I highly recommend seeking either physical therapy or run coaching from Dr. Jones. When I started as his patient, I was at a low point of being unable to run due to back and hip pain. Now, I'm no longer his patient but his client for a return to run program.

We use many techniques, including Blood Flow Restriction (BFR). This technique helps you build strength even while you're unable to hit the gym. Once you complete the request an appointment form, someone from our team will contact you. On this call we will determine if our program meets your needs. If so, we will move to step 2.
We will meet to discuss your concerns and goals. We will also look at your injuries and movement patterns. Following the screening, we will provide treatment options best for you.
We will develop a plan to that provides hands-on training and coaching. Recover plans are specific to your needs and will get you back to full strength as soon as possible.
